Terms of Use

These are the terms of use for all the designs/layouts on Nevermore Designs, not the tutorials. They are simple and to-the-point; I find them very easy to follow.

These designs are for non-commercial use only.

Quite simply, if you want to use my designs for a site that intends to make a profit, you'd best be prepared to pay me a hefty share of that profit. Only fair, ne?

Do not steal these layouts.

I'm not even going to go into this one. I'm sure your mommies and daddies have told you what this is, and I'm sure you know it's wrong. What goes around, comes around, buddy. (Note that removing even only a watermark is stealing, even if you leave another credit up.)

Do not re-distribute these layouts, or anything within them.

If you know someone who wants a layout or something of that sort, simply direct them to this site. Maybe then they'll find something they like even more!

If you must edit, do so sensibly.

This is where things get confusing. I know your site is not called "Darkness Approaches", but that's what's on the banner image. Hence, most layouts will allow you to open up an image editor and paint on your site title. Also, if you just have to move that column over a few pixels, or something like that, you can. However, replacing the banner and bg images, or completely tearing apart the CSS? No. If you want to find out how something works, ask. I'd be /way/ more than happy to explain.
