To join this rotation, you'd best follow all these rules:

You must have a site. Why would you bother applying of you don't? In fact, why are you even here if you don't?!
If you think your site can be included in a network/rotation of sites such as Nevermore Designs, The Written Legend, and Akira's Corner, it probably can. If you own BestBuy.com, though, I'm afraid that you most likely won't be accepted.
This network is not just for large, popular sites, nor is it just for small sites. Hit count does not matter.
No bad stuff on your site, in more ways than one. I believe that you know what this means.
Where it says "Sprechen Sie deutsch?" in the form, put "Ich kann nicht verstehen, was sie gesagt habe!", regardless of what I say to do anywhere else in the rules. This is to ensure that you truly read the rules.
You give me the URL of your button, and I upload it to my server. Not that I don't trust you or anything...>.> <.<
Your button must be 88 pixels wide and 31 pixels high, as this is the most common size. No exceptions, and don't ask me to resize your button or make you one. I won't.
Do not put up the code until after you have been accepted. And once you have been accepted, you will have one week to put up the code. Take any longer and you'll have to re-apply.
You must have the code on at least your splash page or main page. It's preferable, though, if you simply include it in your layout/menu, for the maximum exposure of all in the network.
To prove that you read the rules, insert "Ja, natürlich!" in the form, after where it says "Sprechen Sie deutsch?".
